The product Ribbon Transfer Machine can be applied to one side or double-sided printing fabric, such as: ribbon ,lace ,mobile phonelanyard . With stable heating temperature ,the effects offinished products have good and clear printings by itsaccurate positioning according the differentrequirements ,what's more,it can transfer several fabricat the same time in order to improve the productionefficiency.
1.Positioning work table
Positioning work table,easy to print for the lace products of the single side / double-sided , with moreaccurate alignment.
2.Seamless steel pipe drum
Seamless steel pipe roller, inside and outside circle grinding, surface plating Teflon, constantly heating,no color difference.
3.Imported heating pipe
Imported from Taiwan stainless steel heating pipe and heat transfer oil, because it directly heat oil, thetemperature can rise to 200 degree in 45minutes or so.
4.Pneumatic pressurization
Pneumatic pressure (pressure adjustable), the front silicone shaft pressure can give a better transfer effect.
5.Belt device
Transfer printed ribbon go through the belt device, which makes the ribbon easy to roll up withoutknotting together.
